There are many who take supplements in pill form, but some like to take a liquid vitamin supplement instead. Although they contain many of the same things, there are several reasons why some think one form is better than the other. The body handles different vitamins in different ways, and some are absorbed differently than others. The liquid vitamin is said to get into the system faster, but many dispute whether that’s a benefit or if it really makes any difference either way.

You can find liquid vitamins at almost any store that sells a wide variety of vitamins and health supplements. There are two types you can choose from. Some come in a vial-type container. They can be taken under the tongue and are usually measured with a dropper. They are then injected into the mouth under the tongue for rapid absorption. The other type is a liquid contained within a plastic-like pill that can be chewed or swallowed. These types are ingested by the body faster, since the stomach and intestines don’t have to spend as much time working through them to get to the good stuff.

Most types of liquid vitamins come in the multivitamin bottle, there are other mixes that are made to help a specific problem. Some of the most common mixes are made to help with health during pregnancy, for children, or for the elderly. If you are going to give your child any vitamins, first ask your doctor what he or she suggests. The liquid vitamin is less common, and that means it’s not as regulated as some of the other vitamin supplements you find on the shelves. That doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with them, but you should always err on the side of caution when it comes to your children.

You will find that many of the websites that sell liquid vitamins will tell you that more vitamins are absorbed by the body compared to solid pills. This may or may not be true, but most of the information I have found indicates that they both work the same way and that there is no real benefit to taking the liquid form over the other. Fast absorption is not a problem when it comes to vitamins. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take the liquid forms if you want to. It is more a matter of personal taste than benefit. It doesn’t matter what kind you take, the important thing is that you take them every day.

There are some people who will benefit from a liquid vitamin, and those are the ones who have trouble with pills. Some vitamins are quite large and there are some people who have trouble swallowing pills. Children often have difficulty, although chewable vitamins are available. Some people who have had surgery and cannot swallow will also benefit from liquid vitamins. Just remember that each type is equally good, and as long as you don’t drink too much, you’ll be fine no matter which type you choose.
